Shipping
Shipping is available in New Zealand only. Products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical address and phone number must be provided for all orders.
Shipping costs
For orders up to $19999.99 there is a flat rate shipping fee of NZ$7.00
Orders NZ$2000.00 and over will be shipped FREE of charge.
Shipping timeframes
We aim to ship goods within one to two business days. If the item is out of stock or no longer available, we will advise you via email. Reboxed cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers/which are out of our control.
Faulty goods
Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 10 days from the date of purchase. The Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Reboxed liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim. If we are unable to replace or repair the faulty item we will issue you with a refund.
Incorrect products supplied
A request to return goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should we send you the wrong product; a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. Reboxed will cover all courier costs.

Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened, complete with undamaged retail packaging. Products cannot be returned if opened. You will be responsible for all courier costs for the return and redelivery of goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return.
